​The Poll on EIS which was conducted in April 2017 posed a question on MEF website on “Do you agree with the Government’s proposal to set up Employment Insurance System (EIS) where both employers and employees are expected to contribute certain percentage of monthly wages?”

It was found that 79.37 per cent of 1110 respondents to the poll disagreed with the Government’s proposal to set up Employment Insurance System (EIS) where both employers and employees are expected to contribute certain percentage of monthly wages.
